B2B Marketing Director As part of our Services Team
We are seeking an energetic, results-driven B2B marketing professional with a unique blend of channel marketing, marketing communications and analytical acumen to develop and implement vertical marketing programs in the utility industry and others. In this role, you will create and manage multifaceted campaigns and enable our sales teams with the insights and tools they need to drive results for our clients. Our B2B Marketing Director can be located anywhere in the US and you will be working closely with team members and partners located in Pacific, Central and Eastern time zones.
How you will make an impact
Our B2B Marketing Director will become the ambassador for the Enervee brand internally and externally. As part of your day to day, you will develop and maintain positioning, messaging, audience engagement strategies, campaign creative framework, image language, media strategy and campaign assets for our lead generation, branding and event activities
Drive highly targeted demand generation campaigns (such as ABM) and set strategic goals around awareness, acquisition, engagement, upsell and retention
Design and drive content marketing strategies and oversee development of audience educational content
Oversee development of design and content including Enervee website, blogs, LinkedIn, newsletters, sales collateral, videos, product marketing materials, etc.
Organize and manage webinars and events and drive participation with engaging campaigns
Create and manage budget and lead generation forecast and present quarterly results and analysis for internal stakeholders

What you bring to the team
You have proven success in developing online and offline go-to-market plans, performance analysis, events, webinars and digital marketing including SEM, display, social and email
8+ years in B2B marketing roles in technology companies or a B2B agency
Your success in B2B marketing – i.e. can point to specific marketing positioning and demand generation initiatives which led to meaningful revenue growth
Successful ABM track record with enterprise accounts that have 6-7 figure deal sizes and 12+ month sales cycles
Intense experience working with a sales team in both Sales Enablement and Account-Based Approach, preferred with Hubspot
Demonstrated ability to manage the budgeting process
Solid experience working with automation platforms and CRMs
