We're looking for a strong Ecommerce leader to join Enervee's team of executives. Our Chief Ecommerce Officer will report to the CEO and will be responsible for managing the operations and profitable revenue growth of our rapidly growing ecommerce business in the home appliances and consumer electronics category - reaching tens of millions of households in the US.

Enervee is a remote-first company and our Chief Ecommerce Officer can be based anywhere in the US. You will work with retail and utility partners across all US time zones and with the majority of the Enervee team based in California.

Job requirements

How You Can Make An Impact

  • Develop and lead the ecommerce organization with responsibility for operations, transactions, fulfillment, customer support and supplier relationships in North America
  • Work in partnership with the executive leadership team to define growth targets, budgets, hiring needs and a strategic plan for realizing revenue growth and margin optimization
  • Own revenue forecasts, providing regular updates and reports to the finance and executive teams
  • Closely work with the marketing team to fill and convert along the customer funnel including CRM and retention
  • Design and execute a modern customer support operation with highest CSAT ratings, in-depth reporting and deliver against enterprise SLAs
  • Maintain expertise of the ecommerce landscape and competitors, identifying trends and online growth opportunities
  • Work with manufacturers and fulfillment partners to create promotions and differentiated offers
  • Collaborate with the Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, and Regulatory teams to involve relevant Enervee stakeholders

What You Bring To The Team

Enervee's Chief Ecommerce Officer has passion for saving energy and having a positive impact on the environment in addition to having a proven track record of exceeding targets in large scale fast growing ecommerce operations 

  • 5+ years of experience in executive leadership in ecommerce - preferably in home appliances and/or consumer electronics
  • Strong ability to inspire, build and lead an operations team and coaching/mentoring them to success
  • Hands-on experience negotiating and managing supplier and manufacturer relationships
  • Experience of running a stellar customer support operation
  • Captivating communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex business challenges by aligning internal and external stakeholders towards a common goal
  • High social and organizational intelligence about how enterprise organizations typically operate
  • Fluency in common ecommerce, CRM and web analytics tools, mac-savvy and proficient with Google Apps
