We are growing our Product team and we are looking for an exceptional Director of Retail Partnerships to join our mission and add value to our company.


Enervee's Director of Retail Partnerships works closely with the product management team in identifying business opportunities and specializes in developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with organizations in accordance with the product’s overarching objective, strategic goals and strategies. The director of strategic partnerships is responsible for analyzing current industry trends to identify business partnership opportunities that will generate; revenue, resources and profitability for the company as it pertains to our e-commerce marketplace platform.


Our Director of Retail Partnerships directly reports to Enervee's Senior VP of Product and can be located anywhere in the US and will be working closely with team members and partners located in Pacific, Central and Eastern time zones.


How You Can Make An Impact

As our new Director of Retail Partnerships, you will:

  • Identify and explore new retailer, supplier, and manufacturer partnership opportunities for Enervee's marketplace e-commerce platform and services

  • Build relationships with partner executives and any operational stakeholders required to close and maintain agreements

  • Drive closing and negotiation of new partner agreements including commercial terms

  • Actively manage our existing partnerships with retailers, manufacturers and advertisers

  • Manage Business Development initiatives amongst the product team to identify opportunities

  • Create regular reporting and analysis for internal stakeholders, explain results and give recommendations

  • Become an expert in the company’s products and services and where they sit within the larger ecosystem

  • Communicate professionally and at multiple levels within the partner’s organization; anticipate needs and correspond proactively

What you bring to the team

  • 5+ years’ experience in managing partnerships and business development in consumer product retail; warehouse, electronic and/or appliances

  • Experience bringing sellers to an ecommerce retail platform ( Amazon, Walmart, Overstock, Wayfair, etc.)

  • Advanced knowledge in and success with negotiation of partner agreements including expertise in commercial and legal terms

  • You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi-task across many partners and competing priorities

  • You are proficient with data analytic platforms (i.e. Looker, Google, NPD) Google Suite and also Mac-savvy

  • Relationships with key consumer electronic, appliance and/or EV charger manufacturers
