We're looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Customer Operations Team. Enervee provides an enterprise SaaS solution to investor-owned and municipal electric and gas utilities, which are transforming the way they engage their customers on purchasing energy-saving products and services across the connected home, appliances, solar and electric vehicles. We provide solutions for our utility customers (we call them partners), so they can engage better with their customers.
This role can be based anywhere in the US. Our Quality Assurance Analyst will be working closely with team members across Pacific, Central and Eastern Time Zones
How you can make an impact
Design and implement testing plans that are both internal and external facing
Run quality assurance checks on the Enervee marketplace on a recurring basis including promotional pages, checkout flow, rebates and incentives, marketplace updates, etc.
Review data sets for any errors prior to data being uploaded into Enervee systems
Reviewing and testing entire customer journey from marketing materials through to purchase
Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products and services
Process product reviews and inform the appropriate team of defects and errors
Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the Customer Operations, Product, and Customer Success teams
Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and be responsible for tracking and reporting progress
Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet end-user expectations
Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency, as well as the customer experience

4+ years of extensive experience of technical quality control in ecommerce space or similar industry
3+ years of extensive experience in creating testing plans and technical documentation
Proficiency in knowledge management and ticketing systems
Keen attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
